Quincy University Makes ESPN’s Top Ten Finishes List

ESPN revealed their top ten plays of the month and Quincy University came in at number ten. The highlight is from the Quincy University-Drury University game played January 31 in Springfield, Missouri. It was a finish some are calling the best finish to a college basketball game this season.

The Hawks were down to Drury by the score of 87 to 85 in overtime when Godson Eneogwe hit an off balanced 3 point shot from the right corner with just 1.6 seconds left giving the Hawks an 88-87 lead. Everyone in attendance thought that was going to be the game winner for Q.U. But Drury in-bounded the ball and Cameron Bundy launched a desperation shot from half court and it went in giving Drury the 90 to 88 win.
