With this being Veterans Weekend, there are several events you should take part in.

    YMCA Free Spaghetti Dinner For Veterans

    The YMCA After School Program is hosting a FREE spaghetti dinner for veterans. All veterans are invited to the dinner at Salem Church, Friday November 10th from 4:30 - 6:30. Salem Church is located at 9th & State in Quincy. The dinner will include spaghetti, garlic bread, green beans, dessert and a drink.     Field of Honor at Madison Park

    The Exchange Club's annual featuring of 1,000 American Flags, will be on display through the weekend at Madison Park at 24th & Maine. There is no charge to view the flags.

    Hannibal's Veterans Day Parade

    American Legion Riders Chapter 55, will be hosting their annual Veterans Day Parade in Hannibal on Saturday November, 11th. The parade will start at 11 AM and will proceed down Broadway with a stop in front of the Elks Lodge #1198 for a brief ceremony!

    Quincy Holiday Arts & Craft Show

    Held at the Oakley-Lindsey Center, this is a great event to start getting everything you need for the holidays. It kicks off Friday from 5-8, Saturday 10-5, and Sunday 10-4. Bring a non-perishable canned item to receive $1 off admission.

    L'il Abner

    Enjoy this years Quincy High School musical production of L'il Abner, present by the QHS Music Department. There will also be a spaghetti supper which will precede the musical from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday in the QHS cafeteria.
