Kilmer has just wrapped up a 9 performance 13 day run of the play "Citizen Twain" in the Los Angeles area and will be appearing at the Museum in Hannibal for "An evening with Val Kilmer" Wednesday night. Kilmer is known for his roles in dozens of films including Willow, Tombstone, The Doors, Batman Forever and Top Gun. Kilmer began his career as a stage actor but became a popular film actor in the 1980s with Top Secret! and Real Genius. Kilmer actually wrote, directed and produced "Citizen Twain". Kilmer will be speaking about his upcoming film project about Mark Twain and Mary Baker Eddy, the founder of the Christian Science Movement. If you were hoping to see Val Kilmer at the museum you had better have a ticket since the event is sold out. Still might catch a glimpse of him going into the museum. Remember what Twain said,"There is nothing that can not happen today". The event starts at 7pm tomorrow night.
