Make Sure You Are Prepared Now for Driving This Winter
Earlier this week the temperature was around 60 degrees, and now we are looking at a low in the single digits tonight. That's the Midwest for you. If you don't like the weather stick around and it will change. Well, the skies might change and we may even see snow, but it looks like the below freezing temperatures are here to stay for at least a week.
With that comes a reminder to make sure you have winterized your car for the season, and that includes carrying blankets, gloves, snack bars, a charged cell phone and a working flashlight. In the event your car doesn't start or you should slide off of a roadway, you will be glad you have these items with you.
Just a friendly reminder that Ol' Man Winter is here, even if the calendar still says it's fall.
