The 12th Annual Alzheimer’s Association Pro-Am Golf event is set for Monday, July 15th at Spring Lake Country Club in Quincy.  The first 24 teams to sign up are in the event at a cost of $800 for a team of 4 golfers.  If you register your team by tomorrow, May 3rd, the cost is reduced by $100 for your team. That cost includes golf with a pro,a cart, lunch, beer and soda on the course and prizes for everyone.  This year's event will feature several changes including the event being played on a Monday rather than a Friday and it is moving back to Spring Lake as well.

The annual auction that normally precedes the golf outing will not take place this year and will most likely become a separate event for the fund raising branch of the local Alzheimer's Association.

The event will also raffle off a 2013 Yamaha scooter complements of Sullivan Auctioneers. Tickets for the scooter, which will soon be on display at the Mark Twain Casino, will soon be available for the general public to purchase.
