3 weeks ago The 12th Annual Alzheimer’s Association Pro-Am Golf event is set for Monday, July 15th at Spring Lake Country Club in Quincy. The first 24 teams to sign up are in the event at a cost of $800 for a team of 4 golfers. If you register your team by tomorrow, May 3rd, the cost is reduced by $100 for your team.
November 14, 2012 The Alzheimer’s Association-Quincy Branch is proud to announce that its 2012 Chapter Ornament is now available. These limited edited, blown glass ornaments are handcrafted by central Illinois artist Hiram Toraason. This is the sixth in an annual series of 5-inch ornaments featuring the Association’s signature color of purple.

With that said, the Alzheimer's Association-Quincy Area Office is looking for people in their 40s and older to participate in a fun and interactive healthy aging program called “Train Your Brain.”
September 5, 2012 The annual Quincy Walk to End Alzheimer’s will be held at 6pm Thursday at Clat Adams Park in Quincy. Registration begins at 5pm with Country Market providing a free picnic for all walkers.

The Alzheimer's Association is selling chances to win the scooter now and will hold the drawing during the Dinner/Auction that night at the Mark Twain Casino in LaGrange where the scooter is currently on display.
