The Avenue Beat Girls Visit Y101 [Interview]

It was a pleasure this morning to have in our studio the girls from Avenue Beat.

These girls have been working like crazy to get a record deal in Nashville and they might just be on their way. When they were in the Y101 studios this morning, they were pumped up, they were funny and their harmonies were right on.

When they came by, they told us that they will soon return to Nashville to record an EP at Blackbird Studio, which is owned by John and Martina McBride (yes, THE Martina McBride!).

They also talked about how they first got together. The girls were basically all sitting together on a bench in Washington Park and started singing. It sounded good, so they kept it up!

These girls can flat out sing. You can catch them many times at various venues in Quincy and the surrounding area. If you love great harmonies, you will love Avenue Beat.
