John Wood Community College will host “Savor the Local Flavor” tasting and tours on Thursday, September 10 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the Quincy campus at 48th and Harrison.

This free event will provide the public a chance to learn about locally sourced foods and tour the JWCC farm, including the greenhouse, gardens and high tunnels. Visitors may also sample Indian and American cuisine crafted by Shubhangi’s Kitchen of Quincy. No reservations are necessary.
