The Chinese Invented Something We Use Daily on This Date in 1498

Today is a monumental day in history as we marked the 616th anniversary of the invention of something we all use each and every day, at least I hope we all use it.  The Chinese invented it back in 1498.

Without this invention life would be very difficult and painful as well.  Most people use this invention at least once a day.  Used by itself it is somewhat bland so we usually add to it.

Have you figured it out yet? If not, here is one more clue. This invention has a handle. Got it now?  If not, I’ll just tell you.

In 1498, the Chinese invented the TOOTHBRUSH. What did they do before 1498? I probably don’t want to know.
