It almost went unnoticed!  Today marked the 518th anniversary of the invention of something we all use each and every day, at least I hope we all use it.  The Chinese invented it back in 1498.  

Without this invention life would be very difficult and painful as well.  Most people use this invention at least once a day.  Used by itself it is somewhat bland so we usually add to it.
