Quincy Police Department Investigating Homicide

On Monday November 16th, 2015 a Quincy police officer was sent to 1340 N 5th apt 5 in regard to an ambulance call. Patrick Forbes (65 yoa) of 1340 N 5th apt 5 was found inside the residence suffering from injuries consistent with blunt force trauma. Forbes was taken to Blessing Hospital then transferred later that night to Barnes Jewish Hospital in St Louis, MO. The Quincy Police Department had been investigating the incident as a home invasion.
