Mother Nature was kind enough to allow the Dogwood Festival parade to be held with just some sprinkles and light rain Saturday. Unfortunately, all of the Dogwood Block Parties were rained out Friday night. Once the parade concluded the Quincy Chamber of Commerce announced the winners of the float competition.
