Here is The 2015 Blues in The District Concert Schedule

The District has announced the lineup and dates for this year's Blues in the District concerts. The first Blues in the District concert is set for June 12 with Harper and Midwest Kind performing. This summer there will only be six concerts, with two events in June, July and August, and, for the first time that I can recall, none in September. Expect me to be in Washington Park next to "my" rock again this summer.

Apparently, the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, Office of Tourism feels a visit to Quincy and West Central Illinois is just not worth taking. I say this because once again, I received my copy of their Illinois Getaway Guide insert in the Sunday edition of the Herald Whig and Quincy was nowhere to be found in the magazine.
