Once again this Halloween, the Quincy Fire Department will be hosting their annual "Drive-Through Trick or Treating" at the Central Fire Station at 906 Vermont Street.

Flooding is forcing some events to shuffled from the riverfront to other locations. Hannibal Parks & Recreation will now host the sixth annual Pumpkins in the Park at Central Park Sunday, Oct. 28. It was originally planned for Nipper Park, which is underwater and barricaded by the flood wall.
