The Britins are Coming! And So are Four Other Bands on Two Stages During Saturday’s Dogwood Anniversary Bash!

May I introduce to you the act I can't wait to see...The Britins, the Complete Beatles Experience!

The Britins will play as part of the Dogwood Anniversary Bash on Saturday. Thye are described as "one of the most authentic Beatles tribute bands to emerge in the last 20 years." The Britins will perform in Quincy on Saturday, May 2 at 4.

Other acts will be Super Majik Robots at 6:45 and Plastic will perform at 9:30. All of these performances will be at Stage One at 5th and Maine.

Stage Two will be at 8th and Maine and will feature Jared & The Gentlemen at 5, and Mad Hoss Jackson at 7:45. The Dogwood Festival has kicked it up with many things to see and do as Quincy celebrates its 175 anniversary!

Saturday, May 2

• 8:30 a.m., Breakfast on the Lawn, First Christian Church, 1415 Maine

• 9:00 a.m.-6 p.m., Amusement Rides, food, crafts in Washington Park

• 9:30 a.m. Parade, 24th and Maine, proceeds west to 7th St. Please bring a canned food item for the “Operation Serve” collection for local pantries.

• Noon-3:00 p.m., Entertainment downtown

• Musical Pictures at Washington Theatre. Performances begin at noon, and doors open at 11 a.m. with free refreshments all afternoon. Seating is provided, but lawn chairs are allowed.
