Have you ever gone to the store and purchased a couple of things and headed to the "express lane" of ten items or less to buy them and find yourself behind someone with 25 or more items ahead of you.

Being the nice guy on the outside, I would probably say nothing, but on the inside I'd be calling this person out like no other. It would be like, "What part of 10 items or less don't you understand?!"

Well, I finally heard the best of all lines in a story I read about a cashier who saw the amount of items and asked the person "of the 20 or so items you have there, what ten items are you going to buy?"

Wow! Was that a verbal uppercut? You bet, and one that needed to be thrown. Nicely done!
