I miss my friend Tommy Murphy for everything he was...and it was all good! It's almost St. Patrick's Day again, my thoughts are with his four children and their families.
As time passes, you would think it would get easier to talk about the loss of a friend. Well, it isn’t easier and maybe that’s good. I don’t want to forget John Tripp, not only for our close friendship, but for everything he did for others.
An icon in local radio, Chuck Yates, would have been 68 years old today. It sounds strange to say that since he was always considered a “teenager” by all who knew him. Chuck passed away on December 19, 2013. One can only wonder what would have gone on during his morning radio show today if he were still with us. I guarantee it would have been fun because that is what Chuck was all about.
