The Shootings in Chicago Continue
February 6, 2013 According to the Chicago’s WBBM-TV web page, the police in Chicago are changing their response to the 911 calls they get beginning this week. They’ll no longer come right away to reports of things like criminal damage to property, vehicle thefts, garage burglaries, or other crimes in which the suspect is no longer on the scene, and the victim is not in immediate danger.
