Miss America Pageant

This is perhaps the biggest week in the life of Miss Quincy and Miss Illinois, Megan Ervin, as she competes in the Miss America Pageant in Las Vegas. Megan is from Rushville and as Miss Illinois has traveled the state representing the Land of Lincoln very well.

I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Illinois, Megan Ervin, at lunch time today.  She was the special guest of the Quincy Exchange Club. Megan won the Miss Quincy Pageant in March and then captured the Miss Illinois title in June beating out 27 other contestants.
