OK, so that fat butt of yours didn't turn into a cute little touschy by wearing your Skechers. Don't despair. At least you will get a refund. If you haven't heard, Skecher's popular Shape-ups, endorsed by Kim Kardashian, have been proven to not enhance one's posterior like they said it would. The endorsement by Kardashian should have been the first clue. As a result, Y101 listeners who purchased the tennis shoes with the large sole will be in line for a refund. The Federal trade Commission ruled that Skechers made false claims about the shoe in ads saying that they would provide toning and weight loss especially in the area that most women seem to worry about, their behind. Skechers settled out of court to the tune of a $40-million one time fee. I for one have seen quite a few people wearing Skechers in recent months and they are a good looking shoe. I, and probably every man out there, am very disappointed by this news. It was the shoe designed to make that God aweful question that men hate to be asked go away. The question of "is my butt too big?" I thought Skechers would solve the dilemma for all men. Now what are we going to say?
