Good News For LaGrange, Missouri

MoDOT has good news for LaGrange, Missouri. The road is open.

Around 1 p.m. Thursday, Route B in Lewis County at the north end of LaGrange at the bridge over the Wyaconda River reopened to traffic after being closed due to water on the road.

The Mississippi River is going down, but our friends on the Illinois River are still sanbagging and hoping for the best. The town of Valley City, just east of Griggsville, is flooded. And it is not the first time that has happened. The weather is not looking bad for the rest of the week Just a slight risk of showers on Friday.
