Farmer’s Market Coupons Have Arrived!

Farmers Market Coupons have finally arrived and will be distributed at the Quincy Senior & Family Resource Center, 639 York Street. This year, persons 60 years of age and older are eligible for a booklet containing seven $3.00 coupons for a total of $21 worth of fresh produce at either of the Farmer’s Markets in Quincy – Washington Park on Tuesday night and Saturday morning or the Quincy Mall on Thursday afternoon. Participants must have incomes less than $1,722 per month for a single person and less than $2,333 for a couple. Participants must sign a statement attesting to their income levels before coupons can be issued. A station will be set up at the Senior & Family Resource Center on Thursday, August 2nd at 2:00 p.m. and again on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Additional information can be obtained by calling 217-223-5700 or 1-800-252-9027 (toll free.)
