The Adams County Home & Community Education will host a pancake breakfast from 8 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 28, at Applebee’s at 38th and Broadway in Quincy. Tickets are $5 per person with breakfast consisting of pancakes, bacon and a choice of beverage. The event is open to the public with tickets available at the door.
