While never a huge hit during its original run, ‘The Brady Bunch’ just grew and grew in pop cultural significance after getting cancelled in 1974. So to cash in on the series’ unusual trajectory its creators reunited the original cast for various TV movies, variety shows, spin-offs and TV specials throughout the ’70s and ’80s. Then, finally, in 1995, they rebooted the squeaky clean franchise with all new actors.
Chad William Forber is clearly a party animal. But his preferred way of getting down isn’t for everybody. The 41-year-old was arrested by police after they got a call that a naked man was wandering around the downtown area of Rock Island, Illinois early Monday morning. When the cops found Forber, he was covered in Crisco.
In this hilarious video, students at Costa Rica’s University of Peace are being lectured on something called “theory of change.” If it was anything like our college courses their minds are wandering and they’re getting a little drowsy. Then, suddenly, a cat crashes through the ceiling in the front of the room, sending the class into hysterics. Ceiling cat strikes again!
We’ve all forgotten what day of the week it is at one time or another. Sometimes a Wednesday just feels like a Thursday. But since part of our job isn’t to announce to thousands of viewers what day it is, such confusion is no biggie.
While receiving a formal education is the recommended path to success in the United States, plenty of people have made comfortable lives for themselves by relying on the skills they were able to acquire outside a classroom setting.
So does this mean “street smarts” are as important as “book smarts?”
