Healthcare Leaders Encourage Participation in Regional Health Assessment
Healthcare providers in Marion, Ralls, Pike, Lewis, Shelby, and Monroe counties are currently conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). The assessment process includes a confidential survey developed by VVV Research & Development, Inc., an Olathe, KS based marketing, research, and consulting firm. Although participation in the survey process has already been strong, more area residents are encouraged to complete the online survey.

Hannibal High School Students Honored at ‘Young Masters’ Art Show
Hannibal High School Art Department students participated in the 'Young Masters' exhibit held at the Hannibal Arts Council. 'Young Masters' featured selected works by Hannibal High School students as well as 5th grade and 8th grade students from Hannibal’s public and parochial schools.

‘Celebrate the Artist in You’ Exhibit Now Open at the Hannibal Arts Council
Spotlighting the creative abilities of those with developmental disabilities is the focus of the next exhibit at the Hannibal Arts Council. 'Celebrate the Artist in You' with be on display at HAC from May 10 through May 18. The exhibit includes 136 pieces by 88 consumers served by Hannibal Regional Office (Missouri Department of Mental Health – Missouri Division of Developmental Disabilities) in an eight county region surrounding Hannibal. Other are agencies serving consumers with developmental disabilities are also involved.

Friday, April 19 at 1:00 P.M., MoDOT crews closed MO 79 south of Hannibal due to water over the road. The road is closed just south of the entrances to Sawyers Creek and Mark Twain Cave.
