(QUINCY)—Quincy Police say a bomb threat at a residence on Genevieve Drive Tuesday evening was generated through an internet spam hub in Florida.

Marion County Relay For Life Moves
(PALMYRA)—This weekend’s Marion County Relay For Life is moving to Palmyra High School. The relay was originally scheduled at Flower City Park but higher than normal rain in the last week and the forecast of possible additional rain led to the decision to move.

MoDOT Road Closures [Updated 6/3]
HANNIBAL - The following routes are closed in NE Missouri due to flooding. MoDOT reminds motorists it is dangerous to drive into water-covered roads. We will continue to monitor the following areas and update if conditions change.
First Presbyterian Steeple Condemned [Photo Gallery + Audio]
Center Street in Hannibal is closed because of structural problems in the steeple at First Presbyterian Church at 6th and Center. Hannibal City officials say an inspection of the leaning steeple Thursday resulted in its condemnation after it was found that timbers in the steeple were rotted and damaged by the recent wind storm. Center is barricaded and caution tape is in place around the building.

All five floodgates along the Hannibal riverfront are being re-installed Tuesday. Heavy rain in recent days and a forecast calling for more rain has the Mississippi on the rise again.
