Memorial Day will be a memorable one this year at Busch Stadium as the New York Yankees play the St. Louis Cardinals in a 3:15 game. Our friends at Destination Travel want you to experience it with me, the Big Dog. I will be hosting the round trip Motor Coach to the game with the bus leaving Quincy at 10 a.m. that morning and stopping at locations on the way and then returning after the game concludes (we should be back in Quincy around 8:30).

Once there, you will get to watch the game from a suite at the stadium (next to the press box area) where the food and drinks are free. Plus, you can sit inside in the air conditioning with a great view of the game or sit outside the suite if you prefer. Plus, you never know who might drop in the suite during the game.

Obviously, Cardinal fans are welcomed, but so are Yankee fans. We will play trivia on the bus and arrive around 12:30. That's plenty of time to walk over to Mike Shannon's Restaurant, see the brand new Ball Park Village or go into the stadium early for batting practice prior to the game. The cost is only $150 a ticket and it would make a wonderful Father's Day gift for Dad.

There are only a limited number of tickets so get yours today by calling 223-8747. The New York Yankees and Derek Jeter against Yadier Molina and the St. Louis Cardinals. What a memorable day of baseball awaits.
