Sixty-six percent of America's consumers will be out shopping on Black Friday next week. So where are the best places to get the best discounts?  According to WalletHub, the leading personal finance social network, J.C. Penney provides the best discounts. WalletHub surveyed 5,525 deals from the 2014 Black Friday ad scans of 21 of the biggest U.S. retailers. Below is a quick summary of their findings.
