If you knew someone was interested in buying your house would you consider selling it?  I ask that because how many unlisted homes would be on the market if those homeowners were aware that there were actually people who would have a strong interest in buying it?

Short of someone stopping and knocking on the door and telling the homeowner of their interest, they would never know. If you are an interest buyer the home you have always wanted could be yours, but you may have to make the first move. So how do you go about it?

It may be a crazy idea but I've had crazier ones. We have all looked a "the" home and said, "I'd love to live there". Well, why not let us know the location of your "prize" home. If the owner doesn't see it someone who knows him or her perhaps will and let them know if your interest. If they have any interest in selling it they will find a way to contact you.

So with that said, let us know about the house you would love to call home. Who knows, that dream home you have driven past for years just might be available for purchase.
