Want to be a Certified BBQ Judge?
The Quincy Exchange Club will once again be hosting a Kansas City Barbeque Society Certified Barbeque Judging Class on Saturday, August 4th. The class will be held from 10am to 2pm at America’s Best Value Inn in Quincy.
The cost to become a certified judge is $90 for non-KCBS members and $55 for current KCBS members. The deadline to sign up is July 25th.
As a certified judge, you can travel around the midwest attending the barbeque festivals and judge the competitions. You would also be eligible to judge this year's Smoke on the River Barbeque Festival on September 7th and 8th.
