According to WGEM, the parade committee announced today the parade, which was scheduled to take place on November 7, has been canceled for 2020. It has already been rescheduled for next year and will take place on November 6, 2021.

On the Veteran Parade Committees Facebook page, they ask that when you see a veteran to thank them for their service. This is something that I am trying to get my girls to understand why it's so important to say those two words to a veteran that mean so much to them. Thank you!

Hoping that next year’s parade is bigger and better than ever, and that more people will attend to support veterans in the Tri-State area. To all the men and women who have fought for this country, and gave the ultimate sacrifice, thank you for your service.
