Emily Robbearts has been named the new Executive Director for United Way of Adams County.

Robbearts joined the United Way in 2011 as the Community Resourced Associate, managing the Help Line, providing support to the Quincy Area Partnership for Unmet Needs and serving on several key area councils. Prior to joining the Unite Way Staff, Robbearts served as Unite Way Volunteer for over 15 years, including serving as a loaned executive in 2007.

She holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in journalism. Robbearts has 18 years of experience in health care marketing and medical practice management and is certified as an information and referral specialist for aging by the Alliance for Information and Referral.
