This year's Twain on Main is going to have everything. From arts & crafts, to a Wild West Saloon show, food, and pony rides there is sure to be something for the entire family to enjoy. This year the festival is going to celebrate the life and works of Mark Twain. Based on Twain's book Roughing It, takes place in the Wild West as a young Twain tries to make it in the west.

The festival, which takes place May 29 - 30 will have all day activities, live performances, children's entertainment and more. festival goers can enjoy free arts & crafts, food & drink, Mark Twain performing, local music up and down Main Street, on both days.

Live performances on both days including Jim Waddell as Mark Twain, Professor Farquar and Polecat Annie’s Magic, a Medicine and Music Show, a Wild West Saloon Show, a Western Shoot Outs by The South fork Regulators, Street Musicians, and a Costume Contest Western Dressed.

Bring the kids for a petting zoo, pony rides, games with Tom & Becky, and you can even have your kiddo deputized and save our Wild West from a bank robbery. How cool is that. There will be over 100 vendors at this year’s event, and a beer & wine garden for adults only.

This is a free event, but please take note that there may be a small charge for some of the rides and activities. the Historic Hannibal Marketing Council, who is sponsoring this year’s Twain on Main, wants to keep everyone safe and is taking COVID-19 very seriously. Make sure you keep up to date with everything COVID and Twain on Main on twainonmain.com.
