Friday, April 5, will be a very special night as the YWCA of Quincy honors four well-deserving women as part of their "A Voice For All Women" annual event.  The doors at the Oakley Lindsay Center will open at 6 p.m. with the full dinner buffet beginning at 6:30. The event will also feature a cash bar as well.

During the evening Ann Awerkamp Dickson will be presented the Woman of Achievement Award, Monica Hall will be the recipient of the Phoenix Award, Ann Meyer will be presented the Woman of Social Impact Award and then Shelby Rose will be named the winner of the Young Woman of Achievement Award.

The award presentations are just part of the night as the entertainment will feature the YWCA's Lip Sync Showdown where six people will be performing to become the best lip sync performer in the area.  Those six people include Sierra Clark, David Amelotti, Drew Quintero, Anthony Oliver, Penny Lock and Rhonda James.

The cost for the entire evening is $55 per person if purchased in March and $65 after that. To purchase tickets online or to find more information, go to www.ywcaquincy.org.
