Ethan's Rodeo, which raises money to fight neuroblastoma, is back this Friday and Saturday at the Adams County Fairgrounds. Bring the family for a fun weekend and to support a good cause.

Ethan's Rodeo is named after Ethan Weimann who was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a form of cancer. Ethan loved all things cowboys and rodeos, so when he passed in 2009, his family wanted to raise money to fund research to fight the terrible disease.

Ethan's Rodeo kicks off Friday night (August 18) with the gates opening at 5:00 pm and the rodeo will start at 7:30 pm. You can purchase tickets for the rodeo at ethansrodeo.com. On Saturday (August 19) it's family fun day at the rodeo. Come early and enjoy all the fun including pony rides, a petting zoo, a sanctioned mounted shooting contest, cowboy photography, rides, and much much more. One new addition for 2017 is an "inflatable pony race" for the kids.

There will also be a stick horse parade for kids every night at starting at 7:00 pm and a sheep chase event for kids six and under. The rodeo on Saturday will start at 7:30 pm with the gates opening at 4 pm.

If you're a fan of the outdoors, you can book a camping site for the weekend (email Ethan's Rodeo for more information). If you would like more details on tickets and all the events going on at Ethan's Rodeo, visit ethansrodeo.com or their Facebook page.
