The Rotary Club of Quincy will host its 25th annual Rotary Teen Career Day today (Tuesday, April 30) at Tony’s Too Restaurant in the  Quincy Holiday Inn.

Members of the club will host 38 freshman students from Quincy High School and Quincy Notre Dame High School during the regular noon meeting of the club.

After the meeting 26 Rotarian host will take the students to their place of business or profession to provide an opportunity for the students to learn about possible future careers.  Club members were matched with students who had an interest in that Rotarian’s profession.

Some students had career interest that were not represented by members of the club.  To meet that challenge several non-members were recruited to be Rotarians-for-the-Day.

Matches were made in a broad range of careers including architecture, law, medicine, physical therapy, education, and law enforcement.
