Texas Roadhouse Lunch to Benefit Special Olympics

Mark your calendars for July 25, 2014. Local law enforcement officers will be serving lunch at Texas Roadhouse in Quincy to benefit Special Olympics.

The Texas Roadhouse in Quincy always seem to be there when needed, and helping people is a way of life at Texas Road House. Simply leave a donation at your table on July 25 and 100% of your donation will go to Special Olympics Illinois. The law enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics will also take part in the fun.

Quincy police officers will be waiting on tables along with the volunteers from the Quincy Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association. Last year, over $5,200 was raised in just 3 hours. This lunch includes a pulled pork sandwich, corn, fresh-baked bread and honey cinnamon butter, plus a non-alcoholic beverage.
