A total of ten new cases of COVID-19 were reported Wednesday by health department officials in Hancock, Pike and Lewis counties.

The Hancock County Health Department and Memorial Hospital report five new lab-confirmed coronavirus cases – two males in their 30s to 60s and three females ranging from under ten to their 40s.

There have now been 207 total COVID cases in Hancock County, with 35 active, 169 recoveries and three deaths.

In Pike County, Illinois, officials reported four new coronavirus cases Wednesday – three males age 30s to 60s and one female in her 60s.

The Pike County COVID total is now 117, with 14 active cases and one hospitalized.

The Lewis County Health Department reports one new coronavirus case, an individual under the age of ten.

That brings the Lewis County total to 121, with 15 active, 101 recovered and five deaths.
