In preparing for the morning show this morning, I came across this story about a woman by the name of Carolyn Cummins of Clintwood, Virginia.  She was listed as giving birth to her first child on this day, February 20 in 1952.  It was listed on the Today in History list. I thought to myself why would this be listed as a historical occasion. I read on and found my answer.

Gem City Gymnastics and Tumbling and the City of Quincy have been named the hosts for the 2015 Illinois AAU Tumbling and Trampoline State Championships Saturday May 16, 2015. The event will take place at the Oakley Lindsay Center, Quincy. The meet is expected to draw hundreds of athletes and their families to Quincy for the event.
