Twister

Yes, the movie Twister has its own museum in Wakita, Oklahoma.

I've watched the movie "Twister" probably a million times, but just learned something new today about this classic movie. Did you know that the hail in one of the most famous scenes in the movie actually came from Burlington, Iowa.

It's amazing how much damage a relatively strong tornado can do in such a short amount of time. New video shows the recent tornado that went through Dexter, Missouri and the aftermath of its damage path.

The State of Iowa is famous for, among other things, presidential caucuses, agriculture, the Hawkeyes and the Cyclones, Captain James T. Kirk, and Herbert Hoover. Movies doesn't usually come to mind, but there have actually been a number of well known films shot in the Hawkeye State.

I often wonder just how people get into the professions that they get into.  Some people are in  the airline business, others in the laundry business, still others in the fashion business. Then there are those in the game business. Have you ever wondered how someone becomes a creator of a game?
