If you are planning on going to Hannibal Regional Hospital and using the main entrance to the facility you will have access to do that only thru this Monday.

A public meeting will be held tonight from 5 to 7 pm at the Holiday Inn in Quincy to allow public comments regarding a proposed "roundabout" at the intersection of 48th and State Streets.

So the news broke late last week that officials are looking at installing a "roundabout" at 48th and State to alleviate traffic congestion at that intersection in Quincy. Roundabouts are more prevalent on the east coast than in the midwest and are quite effective in streamlining traffic as long as people stay in their proper lane.
