The City of Quincy recently supported a city plan that includes more development and usage of the riverfront and I can’t think of a better place to hold the fireworks.
The Total Eclipse of the Sun will take place this Monday and Y101 Radio is inviting you to come to the Quincy Riverfront to experience it. The Eclipse will begin at 11:47 a.m. and end at 2:40 p.m.
Two years ago, the Bayview Bridge lighting ceremony in Quincy was quite a sight to see. Thousands of people were on hand to witness the colors being turned on during a fireworks display which took place as well. This writing though is not about the bridge lighting, but it is about the fireworks.
