The house of the late Charles Schulz, creator of the iconic Peanuts comic strip, was completely destroyed on Monday when the fires arrived in the middle of the night.
Yesterday marked the 64th anniversary of the first "Peanuts" comic strip by Charles Schulz. That episode appeared in 9 newspapers under the name of "Li'l Folks." It remained under that name until 1950 when it changed to "Peanuts."
