It's technically winter now in Missouri, but you wouldn't know it from walking around outside. Unseasonably warm temperatures and nearly no snowfall makes us wonder what the rest of winter will be like. Believe it or not, Christmas Day in Missouri is forecast to be warmer than even New Mexico.
