The Memorial bridge was closed yesterday and remain closed until further notice. That closure has forced the Bayview Bridge to become a two way bridge for the time being.
Motorists crossing the Mississippi River at Quincy will do so over the Bayview Bridge for the next few months as structural work begins on the Memorial Bridge today.
