The Madonna House will be holding an “Empower Change Fundraiser” on Saturday, September 9th, at The State Room, 434 South 8th Street in Quincy. The doors open at 7:00 p.m. with the show starting at 7:30 p.m. Entertainment will be provided by Stage Hypnotist Rev. William Mitchell.

Archer Daniels Midland Company recently donated $2,200 to the Madonna House with the money to be used to sponsor the June 3 and August 5 Mobile Food Pantries.

The Madonna House’s Food Pantry is in desperate need of restocking as their food inventory is dwindling and they are in desperate need of non-perishable food products. Those products include pasta, rice, tuna peanut butter, jelly, vegetables, fruit, canned stews and marinara sauce.
