Flag Day

Today is Flag Day in America. Hopefully, you are flying old glory at home or at your work place.

Today is June 6, a day that Americans should never forget. It’s D-Day! Seventy-six years ago Allied troops landed to fight Nazi Germany in France.

Today, June 14, is always designated as Flag Day in America. It is a day to fly Ol’ Glory proudly. So just when and where did this idea come from?

Remember those 1000 American Flags from the "Field of Honor" set up at John Wood Community College last November? Well, you can have one of those flags placed in your yard on four different Holidays for just $30 as part of the Quincy Exchange Club's "Flags of Honor" program.
