Stay Home! Travel in Illinois Discouraged During Winter Weather

The Illinois State Police are asking you to stay off the roads today.

Illinois State Police District Commander Robert Elliott also reminds travelers to obey the state's "Move Over Law." This law requires drivers to yield to emergency vehicles, including highway maintenance vehicles and tow trucks that have rotating or flashing lights. Let the snow plows do their job.
