Baseball is missed in my house, and I am sure in your household too, as we all patiently wait for it to return. If you bought tickets for St. Louis Cardinal games that were supposed to take place in April and May, here is what you need to know to get a refund.

  • Season Ticket Holders- will receive an account credit for future games, if you would like a refund instead, email seasonticketrefunds@cardinals.com
  • Single-Game/Theme Ticket Holders- buyers will be refunded the full price, including all fees. This refund will be automatically credited back to the card used to purchase the tickets. You can keep the tickets they do not need to be returned, unless you paid with cash at the Busch Stadium Box Office.
  • 10-Game, 6-Game, & 5-Game Ticket Packs- buyers will receive a pro-rated refund based on the number of games impacted in the pack purchased. This refund will be automatically credited back to the card used to purchase the tickets. You can keep the tickets they do not need to be returned, unless you paid with cash at the Busch Stadium Box Office.
  • All-Inclusive & Party Suites- buyers of 20+ tickets will be contacted by a Cardinals representative regarding how they are going to receive a refund. Buyers of 19 or fewer tickets will be refunded the full price, including all fees. This refund will be automatically credited back to the card used to purchase the tickets. You can keep the tickets they do not need to be returned, unless you paid with cash at the Busch Stadium Box Office.
