Is Santa real? No parent wants to answer this question and I certainly didn't know where to begin, so I took to Facebook to see what some of you all had to say. And you didn't let me down. Here are some suggestions as shared by our listeners.

One of the post from our Facebook page wrote...

There is a letter on Pinterest that I copied and had ready when and if it was needed. My oldest was told at 10, and I have the same letter for when the youngest is ready. Although my oldest wasn't necessarily ready i felt I needed to tell him before all the talk started and he was upset at school. It worked well, the letter explains everything and it was perfect.

Sometimes a good lesson can be taught about Santa according to this post...

My son figured it out when he was 9 and my daughter had her doubts last year at 9 also. I told them that the spirit of Christmas and giving is in all of us so that makes us all Santa's. It's not the gifts but the thoughts and love behind them that matter!

Here's a good suggestion on how to explain all the Santa's...

I have told my nephew and nieces the same thing with the ones you see aren't the real Santa but they are his helpers they report back to him and tell him about your wishes. Santa can't be in different places at once so he has helpers. Always worked. I'd let them believe for as long as they want. They wont be little for long so why not let them enjoy every bit of being a kid for as long as they can no matter what they believe.

But this is my favorite post as to explain all about Santa...

What you guys talking about there ain’t nothing to tell Santa’s the real deal he eats my cookies and milk every year and always cleans out my checking account every December so trust me he’s real #santaisreal#bankaccounttellsmeso

However you may deal with the conversation remember as long as you believe then the magic of Santa will always be real.
